Chuck Vance grew up outside Washington D.C. where both of his parents worked in government agencies. An avid outdoorsman who would rather be rock climbing and snowboarding than sitting at a desk, he spent his high school years at an east coast boarding school that became the inspiration for St. Benedict’s in Sneaking Out (his first published novel). Chuck writes travel articles that send him around the world, where he enjoys shopping in thrift stores and writing fiction on his laptop in sketchy bars. Chuck currently resides in Boston. Check back soon for the sequel to Sneaking Out, called Watching Out.
